Oceans Plugin

The `oceans` plugin simply renders the main shape of the globe, filling it in with a solid color.

**`planetaryjs.plugins.oceans([config])`**

|
Valid keys for `config` are:

|
|
* `fill`: the `fillStyle` to use for the globe; defaults to `"black"`
|
